Help & resources
Tempo is not a substitute for in-person professional support. If anything below feels closer to what you need than what Tempo offers, please reach out — those lines exist for exactly this.

Medical guidance
Tempo doesn't diagnose. The list below is who to actually call.
Talk to your prescriber first
If timing changes started after starting or changing medication (SSRIs, anti-anxiety, blood pressure, opioids), the prescriber is the right first call. Don't stop on your own.
GP / family physician
A general doctor can rule out hormonal, vascular, neurological, or pelvic-floor factors and refer you to a urologist or endocrinologist if needed.
Urgent symptoms
Sudden change, pain, blood, numbness, or inability to urinate are reasons to seek same-day medical care, not online tools.
A note on directories outside your country
The directories above are weighted toward English-speaking regions. If you're elsewhere, findahelpline.com is a good first stop, and most national health systems have a free general line you can call to be routed.
