Nothing on this site — including Tempo Coach, the report, the 7-day reset, and the couples pack — should be interpreted as medical advice, therapy, or instructions to start, stop, or change any medication.

AI-generated content

Tempo Coach uses an AI language model to generate reflections. Output is probabilistic and may contain mistakes. Treat it as a starting point for reflection or conversation, not a clinical opinion. We have built guardrails (refusing crisis topics, refusing medication advice, refusing explicit content), but no guardrail is perfect — please use your judgment.

Patreon-supported tiers

Paid tiers (Tempo Coach, Personalized Report, 7-Day Reset, Couples Pack) are unlocked while you have an active Patreon pledge at the required tier. Billing, refunds, and cancellation happen entirely on Patreon — Tempo never charges your card. Access updates as soon as Patreon notifies us your pledge changed; in rare cases there can be a brief delay (up to a few minutes) due to caching.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update the experience, copy, or features at any time. Specific tiers, prices, and content may change as the product evolves.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Tempo to harass, coerce, or shame another person.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass tier gates.
• Don't use the AI to produce explicit, harmful, or illegal content.
• Don't share account access (Patreon access is meant for the person who pledged).
